Active Accounts:

Deleted Accounts:

  • Personal data deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
  • Some information may be retained for legal compliance (e.g., financial records, dispute resolution)
  • Anonymous analytics data may be retained indefinitely

Photos and AI Analysis:

  • Photos and AI analysis results are temporarily stored for billing accuracy and dispute resolution

  • Purpose: To verify pricing accuracy, resolve billing disputes, and debug service issues
  • Automatic deletion: Audit data is automatically purged after the retention period expires

  • Extensions: We may request a 30-day extension for complex requests

We DO NOT sell your personal information.

ScanJunk has not sold personal information in the past 12 months and does not have plans to sell personal information in the future. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children's Privacy

ScanJunk is not intended for children. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services (the legal age to enter contracts in California).
